Rachel is a creative, out-of-the-box thinking, free-spirited fitness junkie. She loves that indoor cycling is truly great for every fitness level - it's one thing that she could do on the first day of her fitness journey and is still challenged by to this day.
Expect to sweat while having fun in her class - she doesn't go clubbing, but sometimes she will bring the club to you.

What does your typical playlist look like?: anything with a good beat or a quick pace -- lots of dance and EDM, with a dash of rock/alternative -- from r3hab & tiesto to awolnation & muse.
What's in your gym bag?:
always: spin shoes, a hat and or headband(s), the key to the studio, my bible (notebook) of playlists, my ipod or phone, and WATER.
possibly/probably: a snack or protein shake, a dry top, bobby pins, rubber bands, socks, and maaaybe a little pre-workout.
What do you do when you're not teaching? I'm a buyer for AC Moore. I'm also playlisting all the time - in the car, in the shower, at my desk (shh) -- I'm always listening to find new music for my classes.
