This ride guarantees a lot of fun and a lot of sweat - our instructors take pride in steaming up the windows. Each class will be structured differently depending on the instructor and will focus on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery.
Take any of our 45 or 60 minute classes at your own pace -- it's your ride, so you control the resistance on your bike and the speed of your legs. Our instructors will never touch your resistance or single you out if you're in need of a break. They're there to push you and encourage you to challenge yourselves.
All levels are welcome (and beginners are encouraged) in all classes - after all, everyone needs to start somewhere, right? You can start here. All you need to do is show UP.
This class combines our cycling class with a little bit of yoga. You'll ride for 30 minutes and then roll out your mat and stretch it out for the next 30.
Why do we set up the class this way? We're big fans of balance in our lives and in our bodies, so during yoga we put a little more focus on all of those muscles we use when we're on the bike that we may forget to stretch once we hop off.
After your ride, your muscles are already warmed up, so getting into each yoga pose will be slightly easier than if you were to just get right on your mat.
Don't worry if you've never done yoga or you're not flexible - we do yoga to become flexible, not because we already are.
