Nicole’s background is about as eclectic as her class soundtrack but passion is the core of it all. Corporate HR background, turned mom of three and professional photographer, Nicole has been a long-time believer in fitness as a way to feel better and become stronger, mentally and physically. She tried her first spin class in 2013 and enjoyed it so much she eventually bagged running. Nicole is a Schwinn Certified Instructor and works on bringing her passion for what she loves to each class and is working on pursuing additional fitness certifications.
It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner, seasoned cyclist or somewhere in between, Nicole’s class has something to offer you.
When she’s not teaching, Nicole continues her photographic pursuits, investing her time and energy in family and friends and fun things (which most recently includes trying to grow stuff and not kill it) -- basically attempting to do it all.
Describe your class in 5 words or less: You will have earned dessert.
3 words your best friend would use to describe you: Driven, talented, thoughtful. (And, if she weren’t a rule-follower, she’d like to add gutsy, loyal, independent and persistent).
Your guilty pleasure: Tortilla chips!
Your power song: Plural here - Run (Foo Fighters) // Phoenix (Fall Out Boy) // Unstoppable (Sia).
How would you describe your class playlist: Totally eclectic.
What’s in your gym bag (things you couldn’t live without)?: Phone, class plans and a whole lot of other jazz that I should clean out so I can replace it with the stuff I couldn’t live without.
What do you do when you’re not teaching (your full time gig and/or extracurriculars like hobbies): Direct quote from my best friend: “When she is not teaching cycle classes, Nicole is a talented photographer and generally f*cking awesome.” (We'd have to agree.)
