Jenna is a Mad Dogg certified indoor cycling instructor who took her first class in 2007 and swore she'd never go back.
Eventually, she found that nothing made her happier than a killer indoor cycling class (paired with a barre class, which she's also now certified to teach!). It took a trip to Miami Music Week to give her the push to getting certified. Jenna loves all things music, especially electronic music (she swears by it for sprints), so when she was in Miami, she found herself day dreaming of captivating a room just like the DJs were doing with the crowd.
In 2016, she took the plunge to get certified and never looked back.
Describe your class in 5 words or less: an energetic, motivating, and upbeat party on a bike (I know I can’t follow directions well - it’s more than 5).
3 words your best friend would use to describe you: Energetic, fun, and caring.
What's your guilty pleasure? The Chainsmokers, the Bachelor and naps.
How would you describe your playlists? Always meticulous with a killer sprint (or 4).
What's in your gym bag? DRY SHAMPOO, too many pairs of socks, barre socks, cycling shoes, wind covers/batteries, Advil, and a hat. I may or may not have found fake eyelashes in there the other day…
What do you do when you're not teaching? I work in Insurance full time and have one Risk Management designation and I’m working on my second. I love taking every single kind of workout class imaginable. I love traveling and I will always make it work -- I once went to San Francisco for 30 hours from Philly and it was worth every second (and dollar). The rest of the time I’m driving my boyfriend crazy because I’m being too lazy and snuggling(napping) with my pup.
